Deer Season
Shotgun season for deer started today. Please remeber if you are hunting to sign in at the club house and mark your location on the map.
Welcome to the Millbrook Rod and Gun Club Blog

This is going to be a place on cyber-space to get up to date information on the Millbrook Rod and Gun Club.
The club is located in the town of Washington, in Duchess County in New York State. The club has over 100 acres of forest where you can hunt deer, rabbit, squirrel, turkey and an occasional grouse or pheasant.
The club also has a rifle range, trap, skeet and sporting clay ranges.
The club has been around for a long time; while scanning some old files from the club records I found out that my father, grandfather and uncles joined the club in 1957. I have a shooting note book dated 1946 and some photos that look like they were taken in the 1930’s. The clubhouse was built just after WWII.
